Pour one out for freedom

As holidays go I’ve never loved the Fourth of July, but boy does it feel like a bad joke here in 2025, when the so-called government is busy kicking people off their healthcare so billionaires can have another tax break and building concentration camps in the Everglades. But by all means, cue the fireworks!

This vintage Stones cap—picked up this week in Seattle in a desperate effort to get a jolt of dopamine—is about as much America as I can stomach these days.
